Terms and Conditions – Rules and Regulations
Passionata Dance Studio’s Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations are designed to help is deliver a quality service for all our clients. Clients agree that when they join Passionata’s lessons they are to adhere to our rules and regulations.
1. Respect of Persons and Property
Students and Instructors are expected to be courteous and respectful at all times to other students, patrons and other private clients. The hall may be shared with others and it is the students responsibility to act with respect. This includes the rules of the venue. Remain polite to other students and instructors and leave your issues outside of the class. Instructors are not responsible for your problems or life outside the class. Assistants should be respectful to business owners and any damage to business services or disrespect to owner instructors will not be tolerated and we have the right to refuse service or entry of any individual who steps beyond their boundaries (that includes asssistants or instructors). Punctuality, Lateness and Cancellation. If you have any medical or mental conditions you must manage these conditions.
2. Damage or Lost Property
It is understood and agreed that all students take classes at their own risk and no liability under any circumstances shall be undertaken by the proprietors for injury or loss of personal belongings.
3. Food and Drink
Formally no food and drink is allowed in the studio. It is the responsibility of the students to keep the studio clean during their presence and leave the room as close to original state as possible before they leave.
4. Child Safety
Passionata dance does not cater for children or young persons. If Parents cannot find child minding services, they must supervise their children at all times and ensure they do not cause disruption to the lesson for their own safety. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and behavior.
Passionata Students attending the class and participating in any related physical activity have agreed to sign the Waiver of Liability. Passionata takes steps to ensure the safety of patrons, however there may still be a small risk of injury. We encourage students to be respectful and responsible for personal safety and other patrons.
6. Any lateness or cancellations.
Passionata reserves the right to refuse service to any clients that reasonable efforts were not made in learning. We assume that students take responsibility to make effort in learning to assist the instructor in delivering the service. Students are to arrive 10 minutes before start time and respect active lessons. Passionata reserves the right to charge a 50% overhead on cancelled lessons.
7. Dress Code
Students are responsible to dress appropriately in regards to safety and clothing that will not damage property. Comfortable shoes and clothing that reduce the risk of injury is recommended.
By enrolling at Passionata Dance Studio, students agree that photographs and videos may be taken of students in class and at school functions for promotional and website advertising. If filming of teachers, our studio or other students is required, permission must be asked to the individuals in concern.
