Here are a list of some foods that are good for lowering blood pressure.

Corn – Corn is best cooked in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. Corn not only is low in sodium but good for weight loss as it passes through the system quickly.

Asparagus – Asparagus is good for urinary tract function. Best way to cook is to boil for about 4 -6 minutes until bright green.

Coriander and Parsley – Very good for flushing out the system of sodium.

Celery – Very good for a snack, good to eat raw. Just peel off the stalks and clean, Split the stalks with a knife and cut into smaller pieces for snacking on.

Spinach – baby spinach is good to have in a salad.
